Home was clean and we'll stocked. There was a problem with the garage door...it broke before we arrived however they communicated with us letting us know a repair order was in place. We did not get to use garage as it didn't get repaired until day before we left so our choice not to by that time.

A few small things that I needed attention which I thought you may want to know about: tv remotes needed new batteries, sink drain was slow in bedroom off living area, light out above range. Awesome management. Enjoyed the location - only 15 minutes from AMI.

House was gorgeous, there was a funny odor from the sinks in the bathroom, and the master tv would not work, I had to have someone come and reboot it. Overall it was a great location very clean and super safe area.

Overall the place was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by our group of 8 golfers. Rooms, beds, kitchen equipment, game room, deck area seating, and internet service were everything we could ask for..... only "nitpicking" down sides were 1) pool & spa heating didn't work till our last evening of stay (despite reporting such on our first day) - and that is a key feature our group wants..... 2) for the price being paid it would have been nice to have more than a single roll of paper towels and a decent sized bar of soap & shampoo in the bathrooms.

Very nice property. Had no issues checking in or out. The main bathroom sink faucet was full of black mold inside the faucet stem, each time it was used for brushing teeth, shaving, etc. chunks of black mold came out of it, very disgusting! The toilet bowl in the master bath had a pink ring in it when we checked in.
