The outside appearance doesn't look great, nor the entrance stairway; but the flat itself was very nice with large rooms and absolutely stunning views from the lounge and bedroom. The furnishings are excellent and there is everything that is needed. We found the bed slightly firm for us but a lovely large size and excellent bedding and towels. What a shame that the balcony is not in use but that is no doubt due to Health and Safety issues. The hilly aspect would not suit everybody and although challenging we walked down and back up each day. Although we are late seventies, we are physically fit and used the walk as daily exercise. We were extremely impressed with Dartmouth and the bus services are good. We did three days on the buses and the route over to Kingsbridge is really good.
