Very spacious, all you need for your stay, all on one floor. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great fishing with the lake just outside the door. Close to local town with short drive or walk. Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but not a problem for us.

Wow, what a stunning home! So clean, comfy beds, great bedding & towels. The rooms are superb, the 2 little ones loved sleeping in the room in an atic type space. Great pool, lots of pool toys, loved the vollyball net, great fun, lots of pool towels were a good idea. Well designed kitchen, lots of cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. We had an issue with play station but Kate sorted it immediately, lovely hosts nothing is too much trouble for them. The cot & high chair I asked for were there. The play area in the garden is great. Such a super designed well appointed property. The lounge has an awesome view, it was so quiet & peaceful. When we arrived there was milk in the fridge & biscuits, we felt welcomed from the start. Also had an informative email in advance & a good folder with lots of local info. Highly recommend this excellent property & we will certainly go back there.

Beautiful location, Ideal for relaxing, the hot tub is perfect. Lots of wildlife and Everything you needed was there. Off the beaten track, had difficulty finding it, no directions only had an email address for contract.

The outside appearance doesn't look great, nor the entrance stairway; but the flat itself was very nice with large rooms and absolutely stunning views from the lounge and bedroom. The furnishings are excellent and there is everything that is needed. We found the bed slightly firm for us but a lovely large size and excellent bedding and towels. What a shame that the balcony is not in use but that is no doubt due to Health and Safety issues. The hilly aspect would not suit everybody and although challenging we walked down and back up each day. Although we are late seventies, we are physically fit and used the walk as daily exercise. We were extremely impressed with Dartmouth and the bus services are good. We did three days on the buses and the route over to Kingsbridge is really good.

The apartment was perfectly placed for a family holiday by the sea. Including a short stroll to local amenities including amusements, train station, shop, food outlets, beach, but far enough away to be quiet. Should you require it. Including a nature reserve and coastal path. The apartment itself was very clean with every basic essential you might need. No unnecessary clutter! Plenty of storage space for luggage. Car parking.

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The gardens and surrounding countryside was brilliant. A great place for the dog, as we walked around the fields in peace and quiet, totally undisturbed. The views from the house were fabulous. You have to drive to nearby amenities, towns and shops, however, its quite well placed to get to the north and west Devon coastal towns. Could not fault the communication with the owners who gave us clear directions, and left provisions including a rather tasty lemon cake for us. We will return. No downsides, all great. Thank you.

A beautiful spacious apartment with gorgeous views. If I was to be picky, the furniture on the balcony was not very comfortable, it was ok to sit with a coffee or have breakfast on the balcony, but not to sit out for a longer period and enjoy the ambience and View. The coastal walks were also fabulous and the beaches along the way that were accessible. Perfect location to unwind and relax. storm our Husky also loved his break, swimming in the sea, and drying out on the balcony.

This is a quiet spot off the beaten track and away from the noise with beautiful views of lush rolling hills, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The garden secure and enclosed, perfect for our little dog. The hot tub was a lovely touch and welcome after a long day walking. The owners were friendly and helpful, just what we needed to recharge, great little place and would highly recommend, thank you

Host was very helpful, parking can be a problem, but overall a very nice place to stay, plenty of shops and places to eat
