An excellent cottage for 2. Inside is well maintained, hi level of cleanliness, with all the amenities that you require on a short or long term stay. Warm and very comfortable. Lovely view across the Dorset countryside. nice usable garden with the added bonus of onsite off street parking. The host/Owners live next door and are warm, welcoming and caring. We had probably the best Xmas here that we have had in recent years. I cannot express highly enough our thanks and gratitude to Janet for our lovely stay THANK YOU.

Great location with parking, bungalow was clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the stained hall carpet was a bad first impression as soon as you walked through the door. We enjoyed our stay and we would book again hopefully the carpet will be better next time.

Generally we had a good stay. There were a couple of niggles. There was a shelf below the mirror in the en suite which had obviously been broken and the supports were sticking out of the wall which was quite dangerous. There was also no bath mat in the en-suite so my husband who is not very mobile could not use it as the floor would have been too slippery. We didn’t find the furniture very comfortable but it would not have put us off going back again. The position of the flat was very convenient so we will look to go again.

A lovely homely cottage. garden is paved and securely fenced, so safe for your dog, no grass area. The beds are so comfortable had the best nights sleep! Kitchen is very narrow but I hadn’t intended on cooking meals, so it was fine for what we used it for, but It was very well equipped. Downside is that you have to unload in the car park which is just at the bottom of the garden behind a wall, so you have to walk around onto the road and into the car park, but it is good that a free parking space is provided. It is a lovely quaint cottage and we shall definitely book again.
