Lovely cottage, couldn’t fault it. Clean warm and welcoming with a great hot tub. Other reviews said the bed was uncomfortable but the mattress must have been replaced it was lovely and comfortable

Very nice well presented home. The owners could not have done much more to make the inside as comfortable as possible. However, there is a lot of noise from the neighbouring houses. The walls are very thin and music was playing until late on one side which sounded like it was in the room with us. Plus a very loud argument at midnight. It's not the owner's fault but the walls do not keep the sound out. However, great communication with the owners and check in was easy. The house was spotless and had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic break cottage was lovely clean and comfortable really comfortable beds, pool was fantastic granddaughters had a fantastic time as we did, Chris and Helen were very welcoming and friendly couldn’t do enough to make sure we settled in, will definitely revisit again soon. WiFi was great for a change in a rental property and everything you needed for a good stay was there.

PErfect for us - plenty of room, large rooms. Bedrooms have enough hanging and drawer space, and the bathroom has bath and seperate shower cubicle. Four adults in our party so we didn't use the third bedroom. Large lounge, conservatory, large kitchen with everything you'll need and enough room in there for a large table we ate at. Outside a barbeque which we did use (bought some charcoal). Plenty of room outside for 2 cars. You will need a car but it's a good location for exploring the coast and inland ares of Lincolnshire. While here make sure you book The Blacksmiths Arms at Skendleby - brilliant food. Visit Woodhall Spa - well worth a walk around. This place though was perfect - clean and comfortable - oh - and lovely goodies as a welcome treat from our host Carol, who visited to check all was well. Very welcoming.

Lovely caravan in a quiet part of the dilute, comfortable and well equipped without cupboards being crammed with things you don’t need. Excellent fridge freezer, WiFi and smart tv. Lovely peaceful setting overlooking the pool for your morning cuppa.

We thought the chalet was superb, pre-occupancy cleaning left a bit to be desired and maybe a few more utensils crockery wise as had to use the dishwasher daily. Chalet layout was very good but both showers would not work together but this had not been previously reported, furniture in excellent condition washing machine and dishwasher very good oven satisfactory although a bit slow. Our bedroom blind chalet 4 needed condemning but all in all it was excellent and the bar prices were amazingly cheap. Never fished but saw may fish caught so happy fisherman, hot tub checked daily and spotlessly clean, BBQ charcoal worked very well and excellent selection of programmes on TV Biggest down side there is no connectable Wi-Fi despite site and supplier attempting to connect us, so beware if you need it. Grounds all kept in excellent condition and it is just a lovely place to chill out and relax, already booked for next year so cant submit a better recommendation than that.
