It was very nice and clean. The WiFi was great as well. We didn’t have a welcome pack giving directions on stuff but it was fine. I would have liked some lamps on the first floor. And we loved the fact that is was right across the street from a very nice park

House was great, location was beautiful. However the house was not very clean and had multiple issues. The coffee pot was broken and amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, and the soaps and shampoos in most bathrooms were empty or nearly empty. I texted the contact person and they did send someone over to correct these issues. Also had mouse droppings in the basement level. Most bedroom tvs did not have remotes
