Wonderful house. Nice location with access to many walking/biking trails. Could use the addition of a handrail to the front porch which was quite slick one morning and had rather high steps for short folks or seniors or younger kids.

What was good: The rental was clean and the bed and other furniture was comfortable. It had easy beach access, and restaurants and shops were within walking distance. What wasn’t so good: Some repairs were needed. The screen to the balcony was ripped out and the front door deadbolt didn’t work most of the time. This unit was advertised as having a washer and dryer, but all there was was an “out of order” sign with no appliances. These condo’s have a nice view of the bay, but only a very limited view of the ocean. Also, Highway 101 runs just behind the building giving a lot of road noise. While the interior of the unit was clean, the bird poo on the balcony glass detracted from the view from the balcony.

Everything was very good, very comfortable. Only concern is that the stair rail spindles were spaced way too far apart (not current code) and our 2 year old grandson almost fell through just leaning on it. If you have older kids, its fine, but not little ones, very dangerous. We ended up putting a table across that area to keep it safe. Beds were pretty comfy and house was clean, had all of the basics. Would recommend that housekeeping provide more than 2 bath towels per bathroom though (they said they would bring more if we wanted). Sharc access, barbeque and everything else really nice. Very nice setting with no houses directly behind you!

Park-like grounds directly outside our room. It is next door to Pioneer Park and easy access to the walking trails on the Deschutes River. The room was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The office was helpful when needed.

Beautiful setting by creek, peaceful. Kids would love to play in it. Steps are tricky to get to creek at the bottom & no place to sit except in water with a chair. Great outdoor seating for entertaining at house. Screened room isn't well screened to keep bugs out. Lots of rafting done nearby so many trucks with trailers parked next door & down the road. Neighbor comes to water yard in morning which varies in time so we didn't feel very private with him coming & going whenever. Any walking trails are about a half hour away drive. This little patch of heaven is beautiful & great for little kids to play in water.
