The complex is older but large, very well maintained and very centrally located in Palm Springs. The resort is quiet and resort staff are very helpful. We would definitely use this resort again. We chose a 2nd floor unit to avoid having people walking above us but 2nd floor balconies are very small and have high walls around them so you can't really enjoy the outdoors from the balconies. However, it was rainy during our stay so we wouldn't have used the balconies anyway. On a future visit we will try a 1st floor unit.
