Lovely quaint terraced cottage that was very clean & tidy. Entry to it up a narrow slip road, with a VERY small car parking area, for reference. Steep steps up to the front door, with gravel part way up the pathway which is slightly uneven underfoot. Door key safe needs to be replaced as very difficult to obtain Kenya’s it was very stiff & weathered. Cottage ery clean & fresh. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Clean towels & bedding provided. Water pressure very low upstairs. Lounge nice but only has enough for sitting for four. Very steep steps up to the back garden sitting area, which could do with a tidy up. Salcombe is a very lovely area to holiday in, but, also very hilly. This cottage is a good steep walk up from the main town& not a walk for the faint hearted or those who struggle to walk far with a heart problem.

The apartment was absolutely great for our needs. However it would have been good to know how low the ceiling was in the bathroom and the size of the bath as my husband is 6ft 3! Folding himself into there was quite comical! The boiler was also quite noisy through the night. The bed was however really comfy, the apartment was nicely furnished and the location perfect. We would definitely recommend to our shorter friends !
