South Carolina vacation rentals vary from modern vacation rentals to luxury condominiums, rustic cabins to spacious oceanfront homes. Whether you are looking for a base for a weekend break in cities such as Columbia, or a home for a longer stay by the beach in Myrtle Beach, having your own vacation rental means you can get the most out of a visit to this beautiful state.
This very spacious condo was in a wonderful location, with a beautiful view of Lake Keowee from the huge windows in the living room as well as from the patio. We took our son and a friend for his birthday and they loved that they could fish right there off the shore by the complex! The pool was never super busy and they loved the basketball and pickleball courts! This unit was about a 10 minute walk to the Keowee Key beach, which was a fun spot for the boys to splash around as well. We ate at the Bistro and the food was wonderful. The only recommendation to the property manager would be to better stock the kitchen with more pots and pans (specifically a pizza pan and cookie sheet). Also, in the listing there is a picture of a gas grill. It was also mentioned in the write up as an amenity. This is not available, which would have been nice to know since we brought food to grill. Overall, we highly recommend this property and loved Keowee Key!
