Wonderful house. Nice location with access to many walking/biking trails. Could use the addition of a handrail to the front porch which was quite slick one morning and had rather high steps for short folks or seniors or younger kids.

Everything was very good, very comfortable. Only concern is that the stair rail spindles were spaced way too far apart (not current code) and our 2 year old grandson almost fell through just leaning on it. If you have older kids, its fine, but not little ones, very dangerous. We ended up putting a table across that area to keep it safe. Beds were pretty comfy and house was clean, had all of the basics. Would recommend that housekeeping provide more than 2 bath towels per bathroom though (they said they would bring more if we wanted). Sharc access, barbeque and everything else really nice. Very nice setting with no houses directly behind you!

We had a wonderful vacation in sunriver. The home has all the amenities needed and the location is great. Close to the village and sharc pool complex. Host communication is excellent. We will stay again in the future.

Nice home with lots of room and activities nearby. The home needs some updating (carpeting, plumbing fixtures) but beds were comfortable and everything worked well for the 8 of us. Manager very responsive to needs when contacted.

The house was lovely. We were only there for one night, so we didn't have time to do more than build a fire and settle in before we had to leave in the morning. The wood was supplied, which we really appreciated. The property management company was very responsive. We had a little difficulty getting into the house and they were able to give us a solution immediately. The WiFi was awful. This was the only issue that we ran into and it wasn't why we were in Sunriver, so we didn't really need it.

Great house! Very accommodating and relaxing. In a nice quiet area of sunriver, close to your neighbors but still have some decent privacy. The front porch light was not working so it did make it hard to see in the front. The hot tub needs an upgrade, it’s basically a bathtub outside. Jets don’t have much power, so they were basically useless. Also the stairs leading up to the hot tub has screws coming up so it is a safety hazard. Also not having control of the thermostat made it for a warm house so if it could be unlocked during guest day. That would make it better.
