Located at Big Cottonwood Canyon’s eastern end, Brighton Resort has over 1,000 acres of skiable terrain. The fluffy, light snow makes this resort a skier's haven. It also has extensive backcountry access. There's also night skiing until 9 pm.

Solitude's layout makes it an ideal place for skiing with your friends. All the runs end near the main lifts, so it's easy to regroup with your ski partners if you get separated. The resort has three bowls and 80 runs spread across 1,200 acres.

This resort north of Salt Lake City offers a variety of downhill options, which include backcountry and cat skiing terrain. It has 8,464 acres of skiable terrain, which makes it the country's largest resort in terms of skiing area. The resort has two terrain parks, nine lifts, and 154 trails.

Located in the Wasatch Range near Salt Lake City, Snowbird is the premier choice for ski enthusiasts. It gets its famous dry powdery snow thanks to its position close to the Great Salt Lake, ideal for cruising the slopes. The facilities here include 10 chairlifts, an aerial tram, and a surface lift. There are also a variety of great group tours available, including the popular free nature tour.

Alta is just next to Snowbird’s ski slopes. You can buy a single ticket for entry to both Snowbird and Alta. This resort is famous for receiving more snow than any of Utah's other skiing resorts, due to its higher altitude. Family ski lessons and childcare are also available.

The extensive terrain and amenities at Park City make it a top choice for your family. The resort has teamed up with Canyons Village to make Utah’s second-largest ski resort. Its 7,300 acres and 348 runs offer plenty of adventure and fun for visitors. In town, there's plenty more fun to be had with premier concerts and festivals year-round.
