As a new rental it still could use a few items, hooks in bathroom for towels, suits etc would be great. Also a place to hang wet coats by front door? I mentioned a pantry closet to put groceries, drinks etc would really help since not too much space available for that. Also maybe an overhang at front door since you enter up an outside stairwell. Nice area, lots to do.
