The home was overall rather nice. The area was ok, as there is streetcar and bus easily accessible, but the neighborhood is a little rough. I think it’s safe, but just so you know. One problem resulting from this is the 7-11 directly next to the unit has a security system that screams at all hours of the day to deter loitering, theft, etc. Even when you’re sleeping. So bring ear plugs is my recommendation. It really impacted my rest and enjoyment. The system is outside the main bedroom bed can be heard anywhere in the unit. And up and down the street. Not sure how people tolerate it.
