Such a wonderful home. The home is beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our winter get away. However, Suncadia is a fantastic spot any time of year. Our family had a such a great time. The host was very responsive to our communications.

An absolute dream home with a cozy porch to sip coffee in the morning, hot tub, and a tall bathtub that I didn’t know I needed. We chose to sleep on the couch every night because it was so comfy. Was big enough for the both of us and we are both over 250lbs. Cute village with other renters. It was like our own little bubble with our own market, restaurants, and park. When we ran out of laundry detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper, the leasing office was kind enough to give us more. The only inconvenience was there is a bit of animal dander (I’m allergic) so I’ll be sure to book a non pet friendly rental next time.

Found a medicine pill and chips bag under the bedroom dresser, and really wish no scented cleaning products were used as it made the apartment have an unpleasant smell (plus they are bad for the environment and your health). Fridge growled periodically. Otherwise compfy beds, kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and a pleasant setting for a beach vacation with kids. Really wish we could see the beach from here as there were pics of the nearby oyhut beach on the listing but no mention that we couldn't see any of that from our place. If you want something like Seabrook on a budget and a little less fancy, this is the place to go.
